I tried to return my order and it ended up taking way longer than it should have. Support wasn’t much help either, they mostly kept pointing to the policy like that explained everything. I get that rules exist, but it felt really frustrating when I just needed a simple return sorted out...

I ordered from russemerch.no and was happy with it overall. I’ve bought similar stuff from a couple of other sites in the past, and this felt like a fair price for what I got. Everything looked the way I expected when it arrived, and it didn’t feel overpriced compared to the other options I had checked. Delivery was fine too. I’d definitely consider ordering from them again.

I got a hoodie from them and it was better than I expected. The material feels nice and thick, the print came out really clean, and I washed it once already and it didn’t shrink, so I’m taking that as a good sign. Shipping was a bit slow, but I guess that kind of makes the hoodie feel more worth it somehow. Overall I’m really happy with the quality

The package arrived ripped and the box was kind of crushed, which didn’t feel right. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but sellers should take more care to make sure items are packed properly before sending them out. Not too happy about it.
